network monitoring, employee compliance are all issues faced by every entity, private or government who is connected to the Internet. That pretty much includes everyone these days. According to Cisco, there are 35 billion devices connected to the Internet.
The problem with network packet forensics products is they tend to be either rudimentary in their ability to reconstruct data into a form humans can read, or they are very complicated, leaving the the monitoring of the network to the techies.
